Combo Classes

Combo classes are a combination of dance techniques, and are for our youngest students at FLBA.

We keep things fun with creative dance elements, while at the same time teaching dance vocabulary and fundamentals of technique. Dancers will concentrate on Ballet and Tap.

We offer three Combo Classes:

Combo Ages 3/4 years

Combo Ages 5/6 years

Combo Ages 7/8 years

*It is not uncommon for dancers to repeat a Combo level class for 2 years.

Combo Dress Code:

For female students:
•Solid colored leotard
•Pink or tan tights
•Ballet slippers, tap shoes, non-marking studio dedicated sneakers

For Male Students:

•White shirt
•Black pants
•Ballet slippers, tap shoes, non-marking studio dedicated sneakers

Proper dance attire is important in enhancing a productive learning environment in dance class. Students feel more like dancers, and are less distracted, when they are dressed appropriately. Hair must be pulled back in a bun– no ponytails. Short hair must be held back off the face with a barrette.
Please adhere to the dress code as described. Students should enter the studio in their dancewear. No street clothes or shoes are allowed in the studio. Only proper dance warm-ups (leg-warmers, dance sweaters, etc.) should be worn. No jewelry for class except post earrings, please.
